When we have had issues (we are all human so things happen!) I communicated with Rudy or his office staff and things were corrected/adjusted as needed right away. I have not had many issues but it is nice to know I am heard and not ignored when I notice something. We have used several other cleaning services and none have compared to Sanitize360. They might not be the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and they are worth every penny!!!”
