Yes. Most of our work happens after your team goes home. We schedule around your access, security and occupancy, and daytime service is available too.
How is pricing set?
By your building: frequency, square footage, and the condition of restrooms, kitchens and floors. We walk it first, then put one clear price in writing. No public price grid, because no two buildings are the same.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Sanitize360 is bonded and carries $4 million aggregate general liability coverage. Certificates are available during procurement or contract review.
Do you work with government facilities?
Yes. We're currently contracted with government and institutional facilities across Nebraska, with defined scopes and contract accountability.
What happens if something gets missed?
It gets written down and made right on the same visit or the next scheduled clean, and you hear about it from us.
